Innovative use of outdoor media and location-specific promotion is a heady combo. And the thing which is especially nice about this ad, for McDonald’s in the USA, is the unexpected method of highlighting the offer – creating a connotative sense of comfort, warmth and fresh coffee in the audience’s mind, something which traditional graphics struggle with.
Ahhh, I can smell it now… hang on, now THAT would be the icing on the cake (or should that be the cream on the coffee?).
