As you may be aware, I’m a fan of VW’s brand approach. And I’m sure I’m not unique in having clients requesting ideas which tackle people’s gripe with the credit crunch whilst still maintaining their values/position. But the good old boys and girls over at DDB came up trumps with this positive-thinking position for the new Passat – meaning that in these uncertain times VW is ‘One thing you can be sure of’. Ending with a literal ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ it keep our hopes up of and end to the recession. Good work:
